Shipping
Where Does All-Clad Ship?
We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately at this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
How will my order ship?
We currently ship UPS Ground.
When will my order Ship?
All-Clad ships your item(s) within 1 business day of purchase. Domestic Standard shipments are expected to arrive within 2 to 7 business days after shipping. Most items will be shipped from our warehouse the same day an order is received (Monday-Friday prior to 12:00 PM EST). Orders received after 2:00 PM, or those received over the weekend, or on a national holiday will be shipped the following business day.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with your UPS tracking number.
Order Cancellation
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is processed, it moves quickly through our system, which may limit cancellation options.
Promotional Terms
What are your terms for promotions?
Promotional codes can't be applied to previously placed orders.
Promotional codes that offer a percent off can be used in combination with free shipping promo codes, by may not be combined with another percent-off promo code.
Not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.
Discount codes offered on www.all-clad.ca are only valid on www.all-clad.ca and cannot be used anywhere else.
Certain products are excluded from promotional codes. See the specific details of the promotional code for a list of excluded products.
If you have a promotional discount code, please enter it in the "Discount Codes" field provided on the "Shopping Cart" page, and click the "Apply Coupon" button. You will see your discount applied in the "shopping Cart Total" section.
Some promotional discounts are automatically applied to your order during Checkout. If this is the case, your promotional discount will automatically be applied to qualified orders.
Important: You can't stack different promo codes. You can only use one promo code at a time.
