Preheat BBQ to high heat and place All-Clad Round Grill Basket onto the grill. Allow the grill basket to heat for 2-3 minutes.
In a small bowl, toss prawns, cherry tomatoes and red pepper strips in olive oil. Place ingredients in the grill basket and arrange in an even layer so everything is touching the heat. Include lemon, cut side down. Grill for 2-3 minutes then flip the shrimp and toss the tomatoes/peppers to ensure a char on all sides.
Once everything is nicely grilled and the shrimp are cooked through, toss in a bowl with the capers, olives, parsley and a squeeze of the grilled lemon. Season to taste with salt + pepper and enjoy!
