PREP TIME | 30 MINUTES |
COOK TIME | 10 - 12 MINUTES |

Ingredients
For the Skewers:
- 1.5 – 2 lbs (700–900 g) beef sirloin or ribeye, cut into 1.5" cubes
- 1 red onion, cut into thick chunks
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper (red, yellow or green), chopped
- 1 cup whole white or cremini mushrooms
- Skewers (metal or soaked wooden)
For the Marinade:
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Directions
- Marinate the Beef: In a large bowl or zip-top bag, mix all marinade ingredients. Add the beef cubes and toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for deeper flavor).
- Prep the Veggies: While the beef marinates, cut your vegetables into skewer-friendly chunks.
- Assemble the Skewers: Thread beef, onion, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and mushrooms alternately onto skewers.
- Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill to medium-high. Lightly oil the grates.
- Grill the Skewers:Place skewers on the grill and cook for 10–12 minutes, turning with our Stainless Steel 5 piece BBQ Tool Set, every few minutes for an even char. Cook to your preferred doneness (e.g., medium rare = 130–135°F internal temp).
- Rest & Serve: Let the skewers rest for 5 minutes before serving to retain juices.
Pro Tip
Let the beef come to room temperature for 20–30 minutes before grilling. This ensures even cooking and a juicier, more tender bite—perfect for achieving that steakhouse-quality result Dad deserves.
