Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cloves

Preparation

Place all items into a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer. Continue slowly cooking until the jam becomes dark and thick. Once finished, remove from the heat and season with kosher salt and pepper to taste.
